Show order details:
Items, quantities and pricing (repeat the Order summary)
Show the shipping and billing addresses (just Shipping if they are the same)
Show payment method
Show shipping service (and carrier, if applicable)
Provide an estimated arrival date (recommended), or processing + shipping estimate
Provide an order tracking link
Show all customer service contact information
Show or link to your return policy

Personalize the headline “Thank you [Name]”
Allow customers to print their order confirmation
Allow customers to opt in to SMS alerts regarding their order
